We
first buy our ingredients at wet markets and some of the ingredients we
buy at the grocery store. We only need the basic ingredients like
onion, garlic, pork, oil and some vegetables. For the cooking process,
we first boil the pork until it is tender. When it cools a bit we then
grill it to remove the extra fat in the pork. After boiling and
grilling, we then chop the pork into small pieces to give it the sisig
effect. After the hard part, we then fry it with different ingredients
until our preferred taste.
After cooking the pork inside we then
need to prepare the actual sisig sarap which consists of a burrito
wrap, vegetables, and our very own cheese sauce and sisig sarap sauce.
So that's how you make your very own sisig sa-wrap!
